Warranty & Terms :
1) Guarantee: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're unsatisfied with the battery during this period, you can replace it without any extra charge.
2) No Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover physical damage.
3) Damage from Liquids or External Forces: Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, cuts, electric shorts, or any form of impact.
4) Out of Stock: If the battery is out of stock within the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5) Defective Product: If you find any issues after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) Charging Issues: If the battery doesn't charge as expected, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7) Warranty Exclusion: If the battery swells within the warranty period, it will not be covered under warranty.
8) Memo Requirement: Always keep the memo for battery replacement. Without it, we cannot process exchanges.
9) Usage Tips: For long-lasting battery life, always charge with the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
