We are confident this is an original-quality battery, which is why we provide a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within this period, we will be happy to replace it with a new one.
Battery Terms:
1) A 1-month warranty starts from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations, you can replace it within this period without any extra charge.
2) The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3) The warranty is void if the battery is damaged by water, liquid substances, tearing, electric short circuits, or any other external impact.
4) In the case where the battery is out of stock, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5) If you notice any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) If the battery’s charging performance is unsatisfactory, it can be replaced within one month.
7) If the battery swells within the warranty period, it will not be eligible for replacement under warranty.
8) Please ensure you keep the purchase receipt (memo) as we cannot replace the battery without it.
9) To extend the life of your phone, charge it with the original charger and follow proper charging practices. We hope you enjoy using your phone for a long time. Thank you!"
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
