Battery Warranty Policy
1. Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the battery during this period, you can exchange it within 30 days at no extra cost.
2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage Exclusions: Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, scratches, electric short circuits, or physical impact.
4. Stock Availability: If a battery under warranty is out of stock, the company reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. Defects: If you find any defects in the product after receiving it, please immediately inform wefixfast.
6. Battery Charging Issues: If you are not satisfied with the battery charging performance, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. Warranty for Bulging Battery: If the battery bulges during the warranty period, the warranty will not be applicable.
8. Proof of Purchase: Please ensure to take the memo while purchasing the battery. Without the memo, we cannot process any exchange requests.
9. Charging Recommendations: To ensure the longevity of your phone, always use the original charger and follow proper charging practices. With proper care, your phone will serve you for a long time.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
