Battery Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations within this period, you can exchange it for free.
2. Physical Damage: Warranty will not be applicable if the battery shows any physical damage.
3. Damage due to External Factors: Any damage caused by water, liquid, wear and tear, electric short circuits, or physical impact will not be covered under warranty.
4. Out of Stock: If the battery is out of stock, the service time or date may be adjusted at the discretion of the authorities.
5. Defective Product: If you find any defects in the product upon receiving it, please contact WiFixFast immediately.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery's charge does not meet your expectations, you can request a replacement within 1 month.
7. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will not cover issues if the battery swells within the warranty period.
8. Keep the Memo: Please make sure to keep the purchase memo, as it is required for battery replacement.
9. Charging Tips: To ensure long-lasting battery life, use the original charger and follow proper charging procedures. This will help you get the best performance and keep your phone in optimal condition for longer.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
