Warranty and Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the battery service, you can replace it within the 1-month period, free of charge.
2. Physical Damage Exclusion: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, cuts, electric short circuits, or any other type of impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock within the warranty period, the service time or date may be adjusted at the discretion of the authority.
5. Defects: If you find any defects in the product upon receiving it, please immediately contact wefixfast.
6. Unsatisfactory Charge: If the battery does not charge to your satisfaction, you can exchange it within one month.
7. Swelling Issue: The warranty will be void if the battery swells within the 1-month warranty period.
8. Memo Required: Always take a memo when purchasing the battery, as it is required for warranty services. Without the memo, no replacement will be provided.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
