Battery Terms:
1. Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn't meet your expectations, you can replace it within 30 days without any additional cost.
2. Physical Damage: Warranty does not apply if the battery has been physically damaged.
3. Water, Liquid Damage, or Accidental Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquids, tears, electric short circuits, or any form of impact.
4. Stock Availability: In case the battery is out of stock during warranty, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5. Defective Products: If there are any defects in the product upon receiving it, please contact us immediately.
6. Charging Issues: If the battery doesn't charge to your satisfaction, you can replace it within 1 month.
7. Warranty Void if Bulging: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will no longer be valid.
8. Receipt Required for Exchange: Make sure to keep the receipt as batteries cannot be replaced without it.
9. Charging Instructions: Use the original charger for optimal performance. By following the correct charging procedures, you can extend the life of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
