৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছেঁড়া, শর্ট সার্কিট বা আঘাতজনিত ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪) গ্যারান্টিযুক্ত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে পরিবর্তনের সময় বা তারিখ কর্তৃপক্ষ পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
