Use guide
1. First, turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.
2. Remove the back cover of your phone and the plastic plate.
3. Disconnect your old battery and remove it.
4. Clean any adhesive from the body of your phone to ensure proper fit for the new battery.
5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before using it.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- For orders inside Dhaka: up to 2 working days.
- For orders outside Dhaka: up to 5 working days.
Note:
- Orders placed after 5 pm will be considered as an order for the next business day.

১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাওয়া যাবে। ১ মাসের মধ্যে যদি ব্যাটারী সার্ভিস আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী না হয়, তবে কোন টাকা ছাড়াই সরাসরি পাল্টানো যাবে।
২) ব্যাটারীতে কোনো ধরনের ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রাবন ছেঁড়া, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট বা অন্য কোনো আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৪) যদি কোন ব্যাটারী ওয়্যারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টকে না থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের রয়েছে।
৫) পণ্য পেয়ে যদি কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, তবে সাথে সাথে উইফিক্সফাস্টমে জানাবেন।
৬) যদি ব্যাটারী চার্জ আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী না থাকে, তবে ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন।
৭) যদি ব্যাটারী ওয়্যারেন্টি সময় বা ১ মাসের মধ্যে ফুলে যায়, তবে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৮) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো রাখুন, মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
