১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাওয়া যাবে। ১ মাসের মধ্যে যদি ব্যাটারী সার্ভিস আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী না হয়, তবে কোন টাকা ছাড়াই সরাসরি পাল্টানো যাবে।

২) ব্যাটারীতে কোনো ধরনের ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রাবন ছেঁড়া, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট বা অন্য কোনো আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

৪) যদি কোন ব্যাটারী ওয়্যারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টকে না থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের রয়েছে।

৫) পণ্য পেয়ে যদি কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, তবে সাথে সাথে উইফিক্সফাস্টমে জানাবেন।

৮) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো রাখুন, মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
