- 1-Month Warranty: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues within the first month, you can exchange it without any cost.
- No Warranty for Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
- Exclusions: The warranty will not apply if the battery is damaged by water, liquid, abrasion, electric short circuit, or physical impact.
- Stock & Service Time: If the battery is out of stock while under warranty, we reserve the right to adjust the service time or date.
- Report Any Issues: If you find any issues with the battery upon receiving the product, please contact Wefixfast immediately.
- Swelling Not Covered: If the battery swells within the warranty period, it will not be covered under the warranty.
- Important: Please keep your purchase memo. Without it, the battery cannot be exchanged.
