Usage Guide:
1. Power off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.

5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before using it.

Battery Warranty Terms:
1. 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you're not happy with the battery, you can exchange it within this period at no extra charge.
2. Warranty will be void for any physical damage to the battery.
3. Water, liquid, torn seals, electrical short circuits, or physical impact will void the warranty.
4. If a battery is under warranty but out of stock, we reserve the right to change the service date or time.
5. If there is any issue with the product upon receipt, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If the battery charge is not satisfactory, you can exchange it within one month.
7. The warranty will not cover a battery that swells within the warranty period.
8. Always keep the purchase memo, as batteries cannot be exchanged without it.
9. Use the original charger to ensure proper charging and longevity of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
