Battery Warranty Information:
1) Warranty Period: 1 month from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery service within this period, you can replace it at no extra cost.
2) Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage.
3) Damage Types: Warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged by water, liquid, ripped casing, electric short circuits, or any type of physical impact.
4) Stock Unavailability: If the battery is out of stock despite being under warranty, the service time or date may be changed at the discretion of the company.
5) Defective Products: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) Battery Charge Issues: If you're not satisfied with the battery's performance, it can be replaced within one month.
7) Swelling Issue: Warranty will not apply if the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month).
8) Receipt Requirement: Ensure to keep the memo for replacement. Without it, battery replacement is not possible.
9) Charging Advice: We recommend using the original charger and following the correct charging procedures to ensure long-lasting performance for your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
