Usage Guide
1. Turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.

Warranty Details (Bangla)
1. 1-Month Guarantee: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations, you can replace it within 1 month with no additional cost.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: Warranty does not apply for physical damage to the battery.
3. Exclusions for Damage: The warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, tearing, electrical short circuits, or any form of impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, service times or dates may change.
5. Defective Products: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please notify wefixfast immediately.
6. Charging Issues: If you experience unsatisfactory charging, you can replace the battery within one month.
7. Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required: Always keep the purchase memo, as batteries cannot be exchanged without it.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
