Usage Guide
1. Turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.
2. Remove the back cover and plastic plate of your phone.
3. Disconnect and remove the old battery.
4. Clean any remaining adhesive from the phone body to prepare it for the new battery.
5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before use.

Warranty Details (Bangla)
1. 1 Month Guarantee: Enjoy a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you're not satisfied with the battery service within this period, you can replace it free of charge.
2. Excludes Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Excludes Water or Physical Damage: Damage caused by water, liquid, tears, electric short circuits, or any kind of physical impact is not covered by the warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may change.
5. Defects or Issues: If you encounter any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Charging Issues: If you are not satisfied with the battery’s charging performance within a month, you can replace it.
7. Warranty Exclusion: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required: Always keep the purchase memo, as batteries cannot be exchanged without it.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
