Usage Guide
1. Turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.
2. Remove the back cover of your phone and the plastic plate.
3. Disconnect the old battery and carefully remove it.
4. Clean any residual adhesive from the phone body and prepare for installation of the new battery.
5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before use.

Warranty Details (Bangla)
1. 1 Month Guarantee: You’ll receive a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you're not satisfied with the battery service within this period, you can replace it free of charge.
2. Physical Damage Exclusion: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Liquid or Physical Damage Exclusion: Water, liquid, tear, electric short circuit, or impact-related damage voids the warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date is subject to change.
5. Defects or Issues: If you notice any issues after receiving the product, immediately contact wefixfast.
6. Charging Issues: If the battery doesn’t charge to your satisfaction within a month, you can replace it.
7. Battery Swelling: Warranty is void if the battery swells during the warranty period (1 month).
8. Receipt Requirement: Always keep the purchase memo, as batteries cannot be exchanged without it.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
