Battery Warranty Terms:

3. No Warranty for Liquid or External Damage: If the battery is damaged due to liquid, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or any external impact, the warranty will not apply.
4. Stock Unavailability: In case the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service date or time may be subject to change at the discretion of the authority.
5. Report Any Defects: If you find any defects with the product after delivery, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charge Issues: If you're not satisfied with the battery charge, you can replace it within one month.
7. No Warranty for Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period, the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required for Exchange: Please ensure you keep the memo as the battery cannot be replaced without it.
9. Use Original Charger: We recommend using an original charger to prolong the lifespan of your phone and battery. Following proper charging guidelines will ensure your device lasts longer.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
