2) ব্যাটারী কোন প্রকার ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়ারেন্টী হবে না।

3) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রেবন ছেড়া, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট এবং কোন প্রকার আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টী প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।

4) যদি কোন ব্যাটারী ওয়ারেন্টী থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টকে না থাকে, সে ক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস এর সময় বা তারিখ কতৃপক্ষ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
