Installation Tips:
1. Test the display's functionality before installation.
2. Avoid damaging the socket or nearby components on the board during installation.
3. The screws are of varying sizes. Do not over-tighten them to prevent any damage.
Important Installation Notes (in Bengali):
1. Before installation, do not remove the protective film or paper. Carefully inspect the display for any defects or damage. If you find any issues, do not install it and contact wefixfast.
2. Ensure you check both the top and bottom sides for any protective films. If you find no issues, proceed with installation; if there are any issues, do not proceed.
3. Install the display carefully to avoid any damage.
4. If you’re sure everything is in order, remove the protective films or stickers and proceed with the installation.
5. Do not tear or remove any protective films or papers as doing so will void the warranty.
6. The warranty will not be valid if the display has any sweat or adhesive residue on it.
7. Before installation, ensure that the original color and touch functionality work properly with the display.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
