১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাবেন। ১ মাসের মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা হলে বিনামূল্যে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
২) শারীরিক ক্ষতি হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছেঁড়া, শর্ট সার্কিট, বা আঘাতজনিত কারণে নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪) ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, পরিবর্তনের সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের থাকবে।
৫) পণ্য পাওয়ার পরে যদি কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, সাথে সাথে উইফিক্সফাস্টকে জানাতে হবে।
৬) চার্জ নিয়ে সমস্যা থাকলে ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
