Warranty and Replacement Policy:
1. 1-Month Warranty: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery within 1 month, you can exchange it at no extra cost.
2. Physical Damage Exclusion: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Water or Liquid Damage: The warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuit, or impact-related injuries.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock even within the warranty period, the company reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. Issue with Product: If you notice any defect after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charging Issues: If you are not satisfied with the charging performance of the battery, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. Warranty Exclusion for Battery Swelling: If the battery swells during the warranty period or within 1 month, the warranty will not apply.
8. Receipt Required for Exchange: You must keep the purchase memo; without it, battery exchanges will not be accepted.
9. Charging Guidelines: To ensure long-lasting battery performance, charge your phone with the original charger and follow the correct charging instructions. With proper care, you can expect to use your phone for an extended period.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
