৩। পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছেঁড়া, শর্ট সার্কিট, বা আঘাতজনিত কারণে নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪। ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, পরিবর্তনের সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের থাকবে।
