We are confident in the quality of our original battery, which is why we provide every buyer with a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within this period, we’ll be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.
Battery Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Period: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If any issue arises within this period, you can replace it without additional charges.
2. Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage from External Factors: Water, liquid, abrasion, electric short circuits, or physical injuries will void the warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock, even within the warranty period, the authority reserves the right to adjust service time or date.
5. Product Defects: If you notice any defect after receiving the product, contact Wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charge Performance: If you're unsatisfied with the battery’s charge, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period or 1 month, the warranty will not apply.
8. Proof of Purchase: Always retain the memo of purchase, as the battery cannot be replaced without it.
9. Charging Guidelines: To ensure the longevity of your phone, charge it using the original charger and follow the recommended charging practices. By doing so, you can use your phone for an extended period.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
