If you're not satisfied with our battery, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee, no questions asked. We are confident that this is the original quality battery, which is why we provide a 1-month warranty. If the battery malfunctions within one month, we'll gladly replace it for you.
Warranty Details:
1) The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're unsatisfied with the battery's performance within that time, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra cost.
2) No warranty will apply if there is any physical damage to the battery.
3) Warranty will not cover damage caused by water, liquid, wear and tear, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
4) If the battery is out of stock despite being under warranty, we reserve the right to adjust the service time or date.
5) If you notice any defects upon receiving the product, please immediately contact wefixfast.
6) If you're not satisfied with the battery charge, you may exchange the battery within one month.
7) If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will no longer be valid.
8) A memo must be retained at the time of purchase; batteries cannot be exchanged without a memo.
9) If you use your original charger and follow proper charging practices, you can expect your phone to last a long time.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
