১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাবেন। ১ মাসের মধ্যে যদি ব্যাটারি আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী না থাকে, তবে কোন টাকা ছাড়াই তা সরাসরি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
২) ব্যাটারী যদি কোন ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হয়, তবে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩) পানি, তরল, রেবন ছিড়ার, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট বা কোন ধরনের আঘাতের কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৪) যদি গ্যারান্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও ব্যাটারী স্টকে না থাকে, তবে সার্ভিসের সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের থাকবে।
৫) পণ্য পাওয়ার পর যদি কোন সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়, তবে দ্রুত উইফিক্সফাস্টকে জানান।
৬) যদি ব্যাটারি চার্জ আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী না থাকে, তবে এক মাসের মধ্যে আপনি এটি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন।
৭) যদি ব্যাটারি ১ মাসের মধ্যে ফুলে যায়, তবে এটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৮) ব্যাটারি ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো সংগ্রহ করুন, মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন করা হবে না।
৯) যদি আপনি অরিজিনাল চার্জার দিয়ে আপনার ফোন চার্জ করেন এবং নিয়ম অনুযায়ী চার্জ করেন, তাহলে আপনার ফোন দীর্ঘদিন ভাল থাকবে।
