Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery service doesn’t meet your expectations within 1 month, you can exchange it without any additional cost.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: Any physical damage to the battery will void the warranty.
3. Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquids, cuts, electric short circuits, or any form of impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock, even under warranty, the service time or date may change at the discretion of the authority.
5. Immediate Notification: If you notice any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charge Issues: If the battery charge doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange it within a month.
7. Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period, the warranty will be void.
8. Keep Your Receipt: Always take a receipt when purchasing the battery, as a replacement cannot be made without it.
9. Proper Charging: Use the original charger and follow the charging guidelines to ensure the longevity of your phone. With proper care, your phone will last longer.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
