Tips for Installation:
- Test the item: Always check the function of the display before installation.
- Handle carefully: Avoid damaging the socket or nearby components on the board.
- Screws: Note that screws come in different sizes. Do not over-tighten or force them.
Installation Instructions:
- Before installation: Inspect the Vivo S18 display without tearing or opening the protective poly paper. If any defects are found, contact wefixfast before proceeding with installation.
- Examine the display: Check the top and bottom sides of the display for any sediment or defects. If the display appears fine, proceed with installation. If any errors are spotted, do not apply the display.
- Installation caution: Be careful while handling the Vivo S18 display to avoid damage.
- Final check: Before installation, if you are certain everything is in order, carefully remove the poly or sticker and apply it. Make sure to be 100% confident before proceeding.
- Warranty void: Tearing or removing any protective paper or sand from both sides of the display will void the warranty. Any sweat or glue on the display will also void the warranty.
- Ensure functionality: Install the display only after confirming that the touch and original color are working properly.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
