Warranty and Replacement Information:
If you're not satisfied with our battery, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee with no questions asked.
We assure you that this is an original quality battery, which is why we offer a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within 1 month, we will be happy to replace it with a new one!
Warranty Conditions:
1. You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery service within this period, you can replace it free of charge.
2. There will be no warranty if the battery has any physical damage.
3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuits, or impact.
4. If the battery is out of stock despite being under warranty, the authority reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. If you find any defect after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If you're not satisfied with the battery charge, you can replace it within 1 month.
7. If the battery swells within the warranty period or 1 month, it will not be eligible for a warranty.
8. Always take a memo when purchasing a battery. A battery cannot be exchanged without a memo.
9. If you charge your mobile with the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines, we hope you will enjoy long-term use of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
