Battery Warranty Terms (English):
1. The warranty is valid for 1 month from the purchase date. Any unsatisfactory service within this period allows for free replacement.

4. If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be adjusted by the authority.
5. Upon receiving the product, report any defects immediately to wefixfast.
6. If the battery's performance is unsatisfactory, it can be replaced within 1 month.
7. A swollen battery during the warranty period will not be eligible for replacement.
8. A purchase memo is mandatory for replacements; batteries cannot be exchanged without it.

২) ব্যাটারি ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছেঁড়া, শর্ট সার্কিট, বা আঘাতজনিত ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪) ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও ব্যাটারি স্টকে না থাকলে সার্ভিস সময় বা তারিখ কতৃপক্ষ পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
৫) পণ্য পাওয়ার পর যদি কোনো ত্রুটি পান, সাথে সাথেই উইফিক্সফাস্ট-কে জানাবেন।
৬) চার্জ নিয়ে অসন্তোষ থাকলে ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন।
৭) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় বা ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি ফুলে গেলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৮) ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো সংগ্রহ করুন। মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন সম্ভব নয়।
৯) অরিজিনাল চার্জার ব্যবহার করে চার্জিং নিয়ম মেনে চললে আপনার ফোন দীর্ঘদিন ভালো থাকবে।

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
