২) ব্যাটারী কোন প্রকার ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়ারেন্টী হবে না।

৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রেবন ছেড়া, ইলেক্ট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট এবং কোণ প্রকার আঘাতজনিত কারনে ব্যটারি নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টী প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।

৪) যদি কোণ ব্যটারি ওয়ারেন্টী থাকা সত্যেও স্টকে না থাকে সে ক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস এর সময় বা তারিখ কতৃপক্ষ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
