Battery Warranty Details:

2. Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage Due to External Factors: Warranty is void if the battery is damaged by water, liquids, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be changed at our discretion.
5. Defective Items: If you notice any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Unsatisfactory Battery Charge: If the battery does not charge to your satisfaction, you may replace it within 1 month.
7. Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the 1-month warranty period, you will not be eligible for a warranty claim.
8. Memo Required: Please keep the purchase memo as it is required for any exchange. Batteries cannot be replaced without the memo.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
