Important Installation Guidelines (Distribute Instructions in Bengali)
1. Pre-installation check: Before installing, do not remove the protective film on the display. Inspect carefully for any cracks or defects. If you find any issues, contact wefixfast before installation.
2. Check the display: Inspect both the top and bottom of the display for any defects without removing the protective film. Only install the display once you're sure it’s in perfect condition.
3. Installation care: Install the display carefully to avoid damaging it. Ensure no issues arise during the installation.
4. Final installation check: Before removing the protective film or sticker, ensure the display is functioning properly. Only remove the protective layer when you’re 100% certain.
5. Warranty: No warranty will apply after removing the display’s protective sticker.
6. Installation precautions: Avoid getting sweat or adhesive on the display during installation. Any adhesive or moisture on the screen will void the warranty.
7. Check connectivity: After connecting the display, check the color and touch functionality before proceeding. Do not apply adhesive during this step.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
