2. 1-Month Warranty: This battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery malfunctions within this period, we’ll replace it for free.
3. No Warranty for Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover any physical damage to the battery.
4. Warranty Exclusions: If the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, cuts, electric short circuits, or any other form of impact, the warranty will not be applicable.
5. Stock Availability: If the battery is unavailable in stock during the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
6. Notify Us of Defects: If you notice any defect after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
7. Battery Performance: If you’re not satisfied with the battery’s charging performance, you can request a replacement within one month.
8. No Warranty for Swelling: The warranty will not be available if the battery swells within the warranty period or 1 month.
9. Memo Requirement: When purchasing a battery, you must take a memo. Batteries cannot be exchanged without the memo.
10. Proper Charging: For optimal use, charge your phone with the original charger and follow proper charging practices. This will help ensure the longevity of your device.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
