Warranty Details:
1) The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the battery's performance within this period, you can replace it free of charge within 1 month.
2) The warranty does not apply if the battery suffers physical damage.
3) The warranty will not be valid in case of damage caused by water, liquids, torn cables, electric short circuits, or any other type of impact.
4) If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be changed at the discretion of the authorities.
5) If you encounter any issues with the product after purchase, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) If the battery's charging performance is unsatisfactory, you may replace it within 1 month.
7) The warranty does not cover batteries that expand within the warranty period.
8) Please ensure that you keep the purchase memo, as we cannot replace the battery without it.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
