Installation Guide:
1. Turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.
2. Remove the back cover and plastic plate from your phone.
3. Disconnect the old battery and remove it.
4. Clean the phone body to prepare it for the new battery.
5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before use.

Warranty and Guarantee:
1. The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the battery within 1 month, you can exchange it without any cost.
2. Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Water damage, liquid exposure, torn ribbons, electrical short circuits, or impact damage will void the warranty.
4. In case the battery is not in stock, the service time or date may change as per the authority's decision.
5. If you find any defects after receiving the product, inform wefixfast immediately.
6. If the battery’s charging performance doesn’t meet your expectations, you may replace it within 1 month.
7. The warranty does not apply if the battery swells during the warranty period.
8. Keep the purchase memo as it is required for any battery replacement. Without it, no replacement will be made.
9. By charging your phone with the original charger and following the correct charging procedure, your phone should last for a long time.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
