১। ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য। এই সময়ের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি সার্ভিস পছন্দ না হলে ফ্রিতে বদলানো যাবে।
২। কোনো ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩। পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছিঁড়ে যাওয়া, শর্ট সার্কিট বা আঘাতজনিত কারণে ক্ষতি হলে গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪। গ্যারান্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টক না থাকলে বদলানোর সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের থাকবে।
৫। প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে ত্রুটি থাকলে সাথে সাথে উইফিক্সফাস্টকে জানাতে হবে।
