Battery Warranty Terms
1. The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you're not satisfied with the battery within the first month, you can replace it with no extra cost.
2. Warranty will not apply if the battery suffers physical damage.
3. Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, torn ribbon, electric short circuit, or any kind of impact.
4. If the battery is under warranty but out of stock, WeFixFast reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. If you find any defects in the product after receiving it, please inform WeFixFast immediately.
6. If the battery does not charge as expected, it can be replaced within the first month.
7. If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will not be applicable.
8. Please make sure to keep the purchase receipt as it is required for battery replacement. Without the receipt, replacement will not be possible.
9. If you use the original charger and follow proper charging procedures, your mobile phone should last a long time. Thank you!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
