Warranty Terms and Conditions (ব্যাটারী ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী):
১। ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া হবে। ১ মাসের মধ্যে সার্ভিস পছন্দ না হলে বিনামূল্যে পাল্টানো যাবে।
২। কোনো ধরনের ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩। পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রিবন ছিঁড়ে যাওয়া, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট বা আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারি নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪। যদি ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টকে ব্যাটারি না থাকে, কর্তৃপক্ষ সার্ভিস সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
৫। পণ্য পাওয়ার পরে কোনো ত্রুটি পেলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে উইফিক্সফাস্ট জানান।
৬। চার্জ সন্তোষজনক না হলে ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
৭। যদি ব্যাটারি ১ মাসের মধ্যে ফুলে যায়, তাহলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৮। ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো সংগ্রহ করবেন। মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
৯। অরিজিনাল চার্জার ব্যবহার এবং সঠিক চার্জিং নিয়ম মেনে চললে, আপনার ফোন দীর্ঘদিন ভালো থাকবে।
