Warranty and Conditions:
1) You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery service does not meet your expectations within this period, you can exchange it for a new one without any additional cost within one month.
2) Warranty will not be applicable if the battery suffers any physical damage.
3) The warranty does not cover battery damage due to water, liquid, torn ribbon, electrical short circuits, or any kind of impact or injury.
4) If the battery is out of stock despite the warranty, we reserve the right to change the service time or date as necessary.
5) If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6) If the battery charge is unsatisfactory, you can replace it within 1 month.
7) If the battery swells during the warranty period or within 1 month, the warranty will no longer be valid.
8) Be sure to keep the memo (receipt) when purchasing the battery, as the battery cannot be exchanged without it.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
