Warranty and Conditions:
1) The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery fails to perform as expected within the first month, you can replace it with no additional charges.
2) Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3) Damage caused by water, liquid substances, torn ribbon, electric short circuits, or any other form of impact will void the warranty.
4) In case the battery is out of stock, the authority reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5) If you find any issue with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) If the battery's charge performance doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7) Warranty will be void if the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month).
8) Please make sure to keep the receipt, as batteries will not be replaced without it.
9) For long-lasting performance, use an original charger and follow proper charging guidelines. By doing so, you can enjoy your phone for a longer period. Thank you!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
