Warranty Terms
1. 1-Month Warranty: From the date of purchase, you can avail of the warranty if the battery doesn’t perform as expected. No additional charges will apply for replacements within this period.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: The warranty will not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Exclusions: Damage due to water, liquid substances, ribbon tearing, electric short circuits, or any impact-related issues will void the warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the replacement battery is out of stock, the service period or date may change.
5. Product Defects: For any defects found upon receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6. Unsatisfactory Performance: If you are unhappy with the battery’s performance, it can be replaced within the one-month period.
7. Swollen Battery: Swollen batteries within the warranty period will not be eligible for replacement.
8. Invoice Requirement: Ensure you collect the purchase invoice. Batteries without an invoice cannot be replaced.
9. Original Charger Use: For long-lasting performance, always charge your phone with an original charger and follow proper charging practices.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
