১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়কৃত তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাবেন। ১ মাসের মধ্যে যদি কোনো সমস্যা হয় বা ব্যাটারী আপনার মনের মতো না হয়, তাহলে এক মাসের মধ্যে কোনো টাকা ছাড়াই সরাসরি পাল্টাতে পারবেন।
২) ব্যাটারী যদি কোনো প্রকার ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হয়, তবে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রেবন ছেড়া, ইলেক্ট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট অথবা কোনো প্রকার আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
