Battery Warranty & Terms:
1) 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the battery within a month, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra charge.
2) Warranty does not apply if the battery has physical damage.
3) Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or any kind of impact.
4) If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may change at the discretion of the company.
5) If you find any defects upon receiving the product, please notify wefixfast immediately.
6) If the battery’s performance does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7) Warranty does not cover swelling of the battery within the warranty period (1 month).
8) Please keep the receipt when purchasing. Batteries cannot be exchanged without the memo.
9) For optimal performance, use the original charger and follow the charging guidelines for long-lasting use of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
