১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়কৃত তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি পাবেন। ১ মাসের ভেতরে কোন রকম ব্যাটারী সার্ভিস আপনার মনের মতো না হলে, এক মাসের ভেতরে কোণ টাকা ছাড়া সরাসরি পাল্টাতে পারবেন।

২) ব্যাটারী কোন প্রকার ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে ওয়ারেন্টী হবে না।

৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রেবন ছেড়া, ইলেক্ট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট এবং কোণ প্রকার আঘাতজনিত কারনে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টী প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।

৪) যদি কোণ ব্যাটারী ওয়ারেন্টী থাকা সত্যেও স্টকে না থাকে সে ক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস এর সময় বা তারিখ কতৃপক্ষ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।

৫) যদি পন্য পাবার পরে, কোন ধরনের ত্রুঠি পান তাহলে সাথে সাথে উইফিক্সফাস্টকে জানাবেন।
