Warranty Details:
We offer a 1-month warranty on all our batteries. If the battery stops working within this period, we’ll happily replace it with a new one.
Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If the battery doesn't perform as expected, you can exchange it free of charge within 30 days.
2. No Physical Damage: Warranty does not apply if the battery is physically damaged.
3. Exclusions: The warranty will not cover damage caused by water, liquids, tears, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
4. Stock Availability: If the product is out of stock during the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5. Report Defects: If you notice any issues with the product upon receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Charging Issues: If the battery charge is not as expected, you can exchange it within 30 days.
7. Battery Expansion: The warranty does not cover any issues caused by battery swelling during the 1-month period.
8. Receipt Requirement: Please ensure to keep the receipt. We cannot process a battery exchange without the purchase memo.
9. Proper Charging: We recommend using an original charger and following the correct charging practices to ensure long-lasting battery life.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
