We are confident that this is the original quality battery, which is why we provide every buyer with a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within 1 month, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
1) Warranty Period: You will receive a 1-month warranty starting from the purchase date. If you're not satisfied with the battery service within that period, you can replace it with a new one without any additional charges.
2) Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will not apply if the battery has any physical damage.
3) Warranty Exclusions: If the battery is damaged due to water, liquid spills, torn ribbon, electrical short circuits, or any physical impact, the warranty will not be applicable.
4) Stock Availability: If the replacement battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be subject to change by the company.
5) Faulty Products: If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6) Battery Charging Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the battery's performance, you may request a replacement within the 1-month warranty period.
7) Warranty Voided: If the battery swells during the warranty period, it will not be covered under the warranty.
8) Receipt Requirement: Please retain the memo/receipt as it is required for a battery replacement. Without it, the battery cannot be replaced.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
