Installation Tips:
1. Pre-Installation Check: Please test the display function before installation to ensure it works properly.
2. Handle with Care: Be cautious not to damage the socket or nearby components on the motherboard during installation.
3. Screws: The screws vary in size; do not over-tighten or force them during assembly.
Important Guidelines for Display Installation:
1. Inspection Before Installation: Before installing the display, ensure it is in good condition by checking it carefully. Do not tear or open the protective poly paper. If any defects are found, contact wefixfast immediately without proceeding with installation.
2. Poly Paper Check: Examine both the top and bottom sides of the display without removing any protective film. If no defects are found, proceed with installation. If any issues are discovered, do not proceed with installation.
3. Careful Installation: Handle the display carefully during installation to avoid damage.
4. Final Confirmation: Only remove the poly paper or stickers once you are 100% sure that everything is in order. Apply the display only after full confirmation.
5. Warranty Conditions: Tearing or removing any protective paper or film from the display will void the warranty.
6. Avoid Contaminants: Any sweat, glue, or foreign substances on the display will void the warranty.
7. Touch and Color Verification: Ensure that the display's original color and touch sensitivity are fully functional before proceeding with installation. Only install once you are completely confident.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
