Battery Warranty Information:
1. The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If you're not satisfied with its performance, you can return or replace it within 1 month at no extra cost.
2. Physical damage to the battery will void the warranty.
3. The warranty will not apply if the battery is damaged by water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuit, or any physical impact.
4. If the battery is under warranty but out of stock, the company reserves the right to change the service date or time.
5. If you find any issues with the product after receiving it, immediately contact wefixfast.
6. If you're not satisfied with the battery's performance, you can replace it within 1 month.
7. If the battery swells within the warranty period or 1 month, it will not be covered by the warranty.
8. Ensure you receive a memo when purchasing the battery, as it is required for any exchanges. Without the memo, the battery cannot be replaced.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
