Warranty and Replacement:
- If you are not satisfied with the battery, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee with no questions asked.
- We are confident that this is an original quality battery. Therefore, we provide a 1-month warranty. If the battery fails within 1 month, we will replace it with a new one.
Battery Terms:
1) You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery does not meet your expectations within this period, you can return it for an exchange, free of charge.
2) Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3) If the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, wear and tear, electric short circuits, or any kind of impact, the warranty will not be applicable.
4) In case the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5) If you notice any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact us immediately.
6) If the battery charging performance is unsatisfactory, you can request an exchange within 1 month.
7) If the battery swells during the warranty period (within 1 month), the warranty will not apply.
8) Please keep the purchase receipt as it is required for a battery replacement. Without the receipt, a replacement will not be possible.
9) We recommend using the original charger and following the correct charging practices to ensure the long-lasting performance of your mobile. Thank you for choosing us!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
