Important Instructions for Display Installation:
1. Pre-installation Check: Before installing the display, ensure that no protective film has been removed. Carefully check the display for any defects or issues. If any are found, do not install the display and contact wefixfast immediately.
2. Check the Protective Film: Do not remove the protective films from the top and bottom sides of the display before checking. If you find no defects, proceed with installation. If any issue is noticed, do not install it.
3. Handle with Care: During installation, handle the display carefully to avoid any damage.
4. Confirm the Display is Fault-Free: Only remove the protective film or sticker if you are 100% sure the display is free of defects.
5. Warranty Notice: If any protective film or paper is torn or removed, you will lose the warranty.
6. Avoid Contamination: If the display comes into contact with sweat or adhesive, the warranty will be void.
7. Ensure Proper Functionality: Make sure the original color and touch functionality of the display are working correctly before installation. Only proceed if everything is in proper condition.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
