Warranty & Replacement:
1) Warranty Period: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery's performance within this period, you can replace it with no additional charges.
2) Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3) Damages Due to External Factors: The warranty will be void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuits, or any kind of physical impact.
4) Out of Stock Warranty: If the battery is out of stock within the warranty period, the service time or date may be adjusted at the discretion of the authority.
5) Reporting Defects: If you encounter any issues after receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6) Battery Performance: If you're dissatisfied with the charging performance, you can exchange the battery within the 1-month period.
7) Warranty Does Not Cover Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period or the first month, the warranty will not apply.
8) Proof of Purchase: Please ensure you receive a memo when purchasing the battery. The battery cannot be exchanged without it.
9) Proper Charging: For optimal performance, use the original charger and follow the recommended charging guidelines. This will help prolong the lifespan of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
