Warranty & Replacement Policy:
1. 1-Month Warranty: Enjoy a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery service within 1 month, you can replace it free of charge.
2. Exclusion of Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Exclusion for Certain Damages: The warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, abrasion, electrical short circuit, or any impact-related injuries.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the management reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. Error Reporting: If you find any issues with the product after receiving it, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery does not meet your charging expectations within 1 month, it can be replaced.
7. Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required: A memo must be obtained at the time of purchase. Without it, battery replacement will not be possible.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
